Schools are great. Neighborhoods are friendly. Many family events take a page throughout the year. I raised my family here and look forward to raising my grandchildren here.
One of the safest places in America. School district is great. And, always clean up after their dog. The pet owners here are very respectful of neighbors property. I walked five miles a few years ago to a meeting, and no buses passed me any time during that time. Friendly neighbors. Good parks and schools. Not all parents pick up after them.
Sidewalks are abundant. And the dirt path nearby is shady and cool even on hot days. Commuting to Camp Pendleton takes Also the dog baggy stations are nice. A little pricey but it's safe. It's growing every year. Only down side is as it grows the more traffic I've noticed. This is a very family friendly area. I grew up here, then moved away and back again.

There are not any gated areas in the major neighborhoods but plenty of walking trails". Old town has great eats and new businesses open up new jobs!
Mailbox is right in front of the house not down the street so no need to walk far to collect your mail! There are walking trails and parks everywhere and weekends will be a joy. Walking distance under 1 mile to elementary and middle schools. High school is only a little father.
Shopping, including Home Depot and Walmart less than 2 miles away. Plenty of walking paths around the development and good tree cover. And Temecula Hospital is also less than 2 miles away. Located in a great area of South Temecula, you will enjoy great schools, shopping, neighbors, and lifestyle! We absolutely love it here. Temecula is clean, quiet, and very family oriented.
